Delivery times

In December Yodel delivered 97% of mainland parcels next day, with 99% reaching customers by the 2nd day. However, as we cannot guarantee next-day delivery, we call it a "1 to 2 day" delivery. Where parcels are delayed, we work closely with couriers to resolve any problems as quickly as possible, and if a parcel's delay compromises freshness, we replace affected contents.

Orders for immediate despatch

Orders placed before 9.00am Mon-Fri will be sent out the same day for on 1-2 day* delivery. Sometimes we can accept later orders than this: please message us to enquire if it's urgent!

Orders for a specific date 

You can pre-order for a specific date, and we'll do our best to get it there before the day itself: normally despatching 2 working days ahead of your stated date for arrival the day before the requested date, or on the date if there's a delay.
