Be taken on a premium Gin-tasting journey by our resident food entrepreneur Sarah Barr, with two deliciously different Gins, matching tonic waters and a host of artisan treats to accompany. Comes complete with a written Tasting Guide, and a greetings card/message (including the option to upload a photo greetings card) to complete the unboxing experience.

1. The Gins
Sipsmith
A bold expression of a London Dry Gin. Wonderfully aromatic and perfect with a Fever Tree Indian Tonic & a slice of lemon.
 
Hendrick's
An unusually-made Scottish gin infused with Bulgarian rose petals and specially selected cucumbers, it is still made is small batches and is a very smooth gin with an exceptional balance of flavours. Serve with the Elderflower Fever Tree tonic and a slice of cucumber.
 
2. The Tonics
Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic - subtle flavours of the spring with the elderflower sit perfectly with the Hendricks gin and a slice of cucumber.
Indian Tonic - a classic with hints of pepper and citrus perfect with the Sipsmith Gin and a slice of lemon.
 
We also provide a Lemon in the parcel!
 
3. The accompaniments. 
Aromatic Nuts
Our own recipe, inspired by Ottolenghi, and made up of contrasting nuts oozing with a piquant drizzle. 
 
Olives
Mixed Olives (no stones), marinaded in lemon zest, black pepper & extra virgin olive oil, with a few sundried tomatoes added in.
 
Mature Cheddar & Rosemary biscuits
Light, and airy but rich in taste, hand-made in small batches to ensure freshness.
 
 
Upgrades available 
• 6 x Handmade truffles rolled in rich dark cocoa powder in a presentation box: the perfect after-dinner treat.
